Although a little overshadowed by St Valentines Day, the 14th February is also the start of the Chinese New Year and the year of The Tiger.
To celebrate this at Glue, Scissors, Paper this week is anything to do with the Chinese New Year
My DT makes for this challenge are a Chinese Lantern. ( Everyone must have made one of these at school ) Mine is made with DCWV Far East.
Next is a "Happy New Year" card. I have recycled the tiger's head from a Ed Harvey Aftershave Gift Box I bought my Husband for Christmas. It took me absolutley ages to cut out. I then mounted it on to some black card and had to cut it out all over again!!! I google Translated "Happy New Year" then hand drew this onto the white(I apologise for my poor attempt at Chinese Handwritting). The charm is from a RAK I received a long time ago.
- PP ~ Far East.
- CS ~ SU & Coredinations.
- Charm from Stash.
