I made this card a while ago but as it was "Feather's" at http://rainbowladyschallengeblog.blogspot.com/ last week this one is just right. The image comes from the same Cd I used for my Saucy book http://whiteribboncards.blogspot.com/2008/02/gentlemens-relish-warning-this-post.html
I decoupaged the image and added chiffon to highlight the drapes and matted onto chiffon covered card. the fan is made with a peel-off and is attached using 1 small foam pad so that the fan can be lifted to reveal her in all her glory!

Rainbow Lady "feather's"
