Im back!!!!!!!!

I dont know what it is with me but this time of year always seems to affect me in a negative way, Ive never been diagnosed with Seasonal Adaptational Depression ( then again Ive never sort help) but its the same every year for a couple of weeks I feel so low I just can't be bothered, it didn't help that Father -in-Law was staying to recovery from elective surgery, anyway Im back now, hope you haven't missed me too much!

hiya hope you're feeling better! i think i suffer from SAD too but have never been properly diagnosed. Just always feel so blue in winter :(
