Funky Fairy Challenge 2#

Funky Fairy has started a new challenge blog http://funkyfairychallenge.blogspot.com/ here's my card for the 2nd challenge, Ive used some free papers from a wonderful selection at http://www.funkyfairyspapercrafts.com/shop/index.php

I'm having a "Waynes World" Moment!

I'M NOT WORTHY, I'M NOT WORTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well when I put my cards in for Di Hickmans Card sketch team Call I really didn't think that I had a hope there are soooooo many cardmakers out there so much more talented than me so I'm not to dissappointed about not making the actual team but you could have knocked me down with a feather yesterday when Di's email arrived with the offer to be a Guest Designer for March. Well done to those who did make the team http://dihickman.blogspot.com/ This is just sooooooooo exciting and my first and hopefully not my last Guest Design Team spot!

DCM " New"

Ive made this Arty Farty Cherub Crib http://www.craftsudo.co.uk/acatalog/ARTY_FARTY.html as a gift for some friends of ours. Its been ages since I made one and they really go down quite well!!! There is a carrier to go with it.
I thought I'd use this as my entry for this weeks DCM "New" Challenge http://daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/

Behind "Time"

I'm a bit behind "time" with this one! I haven't used my Arty Farty Templates for ages so I thought I'd take the opportunity to dust them off for the http://scrummystashcafe.blogspot.com/ Time Challenge. For the main body of the clock Ive used leather effect cardstock from the Papermill Shop and DCWV Once apon a time. Before assembelling with foam pads I positioned all the pieces with repositional sticky dots to stamp the Ivy pattern with See D's Little Morsels with Whispers ink - Savoy Green, over stamped with Ink it up metallic gold and embossed with Heat It Up Enchanted Gold Embossing powder. I've used some small peel-offs for the clock face. So I supose this one can cover the http://artygirlzchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ "Embossing" Challenge Oh the pictue in the background is Me and my Lil' Sis June in 1979, I'm the one in the LBD!
