I have used Madeline with Retro Outfit coloured with Copic Pens,

with Pink Petticoat Papers, Core'dinations card stock and Marianne D Dies.

The flower centers are crystal headed pins cut down with pliers and fixed with silicone glue.

Bombshell Stamps ~ Muse Monday.
