 I really took my time thinking about this one and have to say I was struggling but as soon as I looked at my Lotus garden stamps from  Bombshell Stamps  it came to me " Water" "Watercolour" DOH!!!! I soaked a piece of watercolour paper through with water and produced a colour wash with the Cerulean blue the made splodges with Vermilion, & Ultramarine on their own and mixed. 

Anyway talking of fishes anyone else out there hooked on the Fish With Attitude  App Game???

I'm so excited I got a Fairy fish yesterday!! { Now I really do sound sad!!!}
